I engaged Mr. Tay to exterminate terminates infestation. He is very knowledgeable and efficient. After one year, we didn’t see any termites anymore. We also told him about our ants issue and he gave us assurance that once he applied the powder and it will also resolve our ants issue. He told me that if there’s ants issue, we can contact him and he will be back to resolve this for us. Less than 6 month and ants came back. I contacted him and he denied saying anything about the ants issue. And he added that we need to pay if we want him to help with the ants issue. Unfortunately, I didn’t have black and white to prove it.

I hired WTG Pest Control in August (3 months ago) to address a cockroach issue in my kitchen. Ah Wei was very friendly when he visited our house to help us out. He applied chemical treatment to the kitchen cabinets, under the sink, the rubbish chute opening, and behind the washing machine. He showed us some of the cockroach eggs and trails he found, and also advised me to seal the rubbish chute and some gaps in the kitchen cabinets. I appreciated his advice as I can identify and (hopefully) prevent future infestations.

He sprayed some solution all over the house and the session lasted about a hour including inspection. Much assured that mine is not a serious case. Submitted a request online and got a response almost immediately by Mr Tay! He was well informed on booklice and educated us on it too! Though it was a last minute request, I was able to book a slot the next day and was serviced by technician Ah Wei. He was polite and ready to answer any of our queries that were thrown at him and even provided us with tips on how we can maintain our ceilings. Living on the ground floor, we knew that there was always going a risk of more pests. We did what we could preventatively but one night I noticed 2-3 roaches appearing in the span of a few hours. I was searching for 24/7 pest control companies because it was 5 in the morning. WTG stood out as one of the companies that had good reviews, so they were among the few that I messaged. I honestly wasn't expecting it but to my shock, Mr Tay replied....! We talked about our needs (including the fact that we have 2 huskies and the chemicals needed to be pet safe). He then immediately arranged for someone to come down 1st thing in the morning
Ah Wei was the tech who came down and he was teh one that completely won me over to WTG. He was not just polite and professional, he went the extra mile to make sure I was assured and educated on why pests do appear. Given he was more comfortable in Mandarin, but I was clearly not, he didn't just do a job and leave. Ah Wei was the tech who came down and he was teh one that completely won me over to WTG. He was not just polite and professional, he went the extra mile to make sure I was assured and educated on why pests do appear. Given he was more comfortable in Mandarin, but I was clearly not, he didn't just do a job and leave. He took the time to use Google translate – not just for the functional side of the visit, but also the educational side. I was thoroughly impressed!
Of course, the most important thing is the results. Immediately after Ah Wei treated the house, we noticed a marked difference. And Mr Tay continued to work with us to make sure the problem was completely solved. This included a 2nd visit (at no extra charge) after observing that there seemed to be a possibility that the roaches were coming from somewhere less obvious.

Getting WTG service to exterminate booklice and mould in our home today. Found WTG pest control services from google review. Service was great. Ah Wei is very friendly, polite, soft spoken, and easy to communicate. The owner Mr. Tay is helpful as well. If you guys need pest control services, please look for them and you will not regret it.
Engaged Mr. Tay after looking at his great ratings. It took less than 24 hours from my first WhatsApp text until Ah Wei came to provide cockroach treatment. After a while, he detected a hatched egg well hidden inside my sofa. Then he provided complete treatment with multiple steps, while explaining what was being done. The chemical is odorless, but don't let yourself be fooled: After a brief errand of 30 minutes, I arrived home to find the corpse of the 'culprit' that had been 'bugging' us for more than a week.

My Tay was very responsive when I first texted him to enquire about pests I had noticed in my house. He promptly told me that they were drywood worms. Jethro was the one who came to help me with it. I never leave reviews but I just had to this time. Mr Tay returned my calls within hours of leaving a message.He removed a ground termite colonies. Mr Tay called 30 minutes before he arrived to say he was on his way. He and I are now best friends. So far a perfect experience. Engaged WTG for book lice infestation in a couple of our rooms. Mr Tay responded to our call and was professional and thorough the entire way. WTG pest control came to my unit a few months ago to settle the roach problem. Also recommended me to change the chute. Happy to confirm that few months later I am still roach free! Effective treatment. The owner and his son is very friendly and nice. I will always recommend them. Unlike other company, the owner and the son personally handle the exterminations instead of outsourcing to other workers who many not take care of the customers well.
VERY pleased with our service and Mr Tay our service Tech does an outstanding and thorough job! we have issues with ants and termite outside. He is on it! we have worked with other companies but WTG is the best! We highly recommend them! on a scale of 1 to 10 we give them a 10. Mr Tay did a thorough assessment at our home. He is experienced and was able to recommend appropriate remedies. He was also quick in arranging his technical team to commence work. He did a great job to finish ants colony from my car garage. The service staff was efficient and the job was completed well and tidy. Thanks.
Conversed with Mr Tay, he explained patiently and promptly to all my inquiries and is knowledgeable and very confident of his proposed treatment with warranty. Did wall lice treatment yesterday for my master bedroom, living room and kitchen. Had thought he will be the one coming down since he was the one who spoke to me but his son Jet came instead. Not all info was conveyed fully to him so I had to repeat what I told Mr Tay previously. The things Mr Tay and Jet told me are slightly different, e.g. keeping bedsheets on or off, number of treatments, so that made me a tad confused. Also, minimal details on the vast amount of preparation prior to treatment was given, so I had to fumble and rush to cover this and that to keep Jet from waiting. And what was totally unexpected is the massive amount of cleaning and hassle after the treatment, e.g. Everywhere, everything was so wet(I had thought it's just mist), and I had to mop floor as I have laminated floor and it might pop and I practically had nowhere to sit for at least half an hour, I had no clothes/towel to wear/use as it's best to wear when dry and wash before use, live with the stain marks for at least a day, best to clean after a week for maximum effectiveness. Nevertheless, what's most important is the effective result and outcome of treatment. Will review again to update:

Told me to remove when using toilet and cover when not in use. I've 2 toilets, and working not housewife, how to do that daily is a wonder to me. Well, his reply was that's just advice up to me to do it. I personally feel his after service needs improvement. Guess I just have to live with it as per before treatment, just no more booklice, thought the treatment is supposed to treat both booklice and roaches.

On the following day (3rd Jan 2022), His team responded on time and even explained on the dos and don'ts for pre and post treatment phases. It took them two rounds of inspection to get rid of all types of pests from my room. After the first round of exposure, I never once encountered live insect crawling on me nor on my possessions from what I observed.
I must say, the trust I had on WTG and in the quality of their work did not go in vain. Each one of them know exactly what to do and was knowledgeable on the causes and effects. Their application of chemicals and spray works were eye to details and after the final round of exposure, he gave a follow up call to ensure that 100% effective rate of destruction of pests in my room. That shows his sincerity of work and takes pride in whatever they do. Overall, it was a pleasant experience with WTG.
