I engaged Mr. Tay to exterminate terminates infestation. He is very knowledgeable and efficient. After one year, we didn’t see any termites anymore. We also told him about our ants issue and he gave us assurance that once he applied the powder and it will also resolve our ants issue. He told me that if there’s ants issue, we can contact him and he will be back to resolve this for us. Less than 6 month and ants came back. I contacted him and he denied saying anything about the ants issue. And he added that we need to pay if we want him to help with the ants issue. Unfortunately, I didn’t have black and white to prove it.To be fair, he is very responsive and acted fast. He resolved my termites issues. That’s 5 stars. 3 stars is about the ants issues. I am not finding fault with him, I just think that he shld keep up with what he said. Both my wife and i clearly rem him giving us the guarantee that no ants, lizard and cockroaches will appear anymore. If it happened, we can call him back anytime. I didn’t what to reason with him as it’s pointless. If I know it, I would have hired another company who came to inspect.

I hired WTG Pest Control in August (3 months ago) to address a cockroach issue in my kitchen. Ah Wei was very friendly when he visited our house to help us out. He applied chemical treatment to the kitchen cabinets, under the sink, the rubbish chute opening, and behind the washing machine. He showed us some of the cockroach eggs and trails he found, and also advised me to seal the rubbish chute and some gaps in the kitchen cabinets. I appreciated his advice as I can identify and (hopefully) prevent future infestations.While I highly recommend WTG Pest Control's services, I have a small advice: it's a good idea to clean the floors before the chemical treatment. This is because the chemicals need to stay on the floor 1 week after it is applied, which means we should avoid mopping the floors during the time period to allow the chemicals to work effectively.Gem

Within 10 minutes the person was able to identify where the core issue may be coming from, spaces or cracks in between the dust chute and board (cabinet).The person sprayed the identified areas to verify, to which we were able to kill cumulatively 20 of them. We did what we could preventatively but one night I noticed 2-3 roaches appearing in the span of a few hours. I was searching for 24/7 pest control companies because it was 5 in the morning. Engaged Mr. Tay after looking at his great ratings. It took less than 24 hours from my first WhatsApp text until Ah Wei came to provide cockroach treatment. After a while, he detected a hatched egg well hidden inside my sofa. Then he provided complete treatment with multiple steps, while explaining what was being done. The chemical is odorless, but don't let yourself be fooled: After a brief errand of 30 minutes, I arrived home to find the corpse of the 'culprit' that had been 'bugging' us for more than a week.

We have an apartment that has seriously mould issue. It has spread from the area near bathroom to living/dining area and even bedrooms. As the mould issue is serious, we decided to call in mould specialist. We contacted WTG through recommendation from a propery agent friend, who showed us pictures of her client's apartment with mould situation that was worst than ours.After treatment by WTG's specialist, Ah Wei, the mould was completionly gone to the extend that you would not even need to repaint the wall. Ah Wei was also very friendly and meticulous in checking there was no booklice or other pest issues before starting work.There were still some water seepage marks in one of the walls after treatment. When we informed the boss, Ah Wei came back personally within 30 mins to personally check that those marks were not mould, as it was not clear from picture and video. Able to schedule a date very promptly with him!- forgot to ask about the technician who came 1st time. WTG pest control came to my unit a few months ago to settle the roach problem. Also recommended me to change the chute. Happy to confirm that few months later I am still roach free! Conversed with Mr Tay, he explained patiently and promptly to all my inquiries and is knowledgeable and very confident of his proposed treatment with warranty. Did wall lice treatment yesterday for my master bedroom, living room and kitchen. Had thought he will be the one coming down since he was the one who spoke to me but his son Jet came instead. Not all info was conveyed fully to him so I had to repeat what I told Mr Tay previously. The things Mr Tay and Jet told me are slightly different, e.g. keeping bedsheets on or off, number of treatments, so that made me a tad confused. Also, minimal details on the vast amount of preparation prior to treatment was given, so I had to fumble and rush to cover this and that to keep Jet from waiting. And what was totally unexpected is the massive amount of cleaning and hassle after the treatment, e.g. Everywhere, everything was so wet(I had thought it's just mist), and I had to mop floor as I have laminated floor and it might pop and I practically had nowhere to sit for at least half an hour, I had no clothes/towel to wear/use as it's best to wear when dry and wash before use, live with the stain marks for at least a day, best to clean after a week for maximum effectiveness. Nevertheless, what's most important is the effective result and outcome of treatment. Will review again to update:Here's the update less than 2months after the treatment done on 24june2022. I found small roaches once every few days near my chute, kitchen area. Not sure if its normal and Mr Tay seem unsure and not really helpful and even told me to spray baygon in my pipes cabinet or buy cover myself to cover my toilet floor trap. Told me to remove when using toilet and cover when not in use. I've 2 toilets, and working not housewife, how to do that daily is a wonder to me. Well, his reply was that's just advice up to me to do it. I personally feel his after service needs improvement. Guess I just have to live with it as per before treatment, just no more booklice, thought the treatment is supposed to treat both booklice and roaches.
I shifted into this new space since May 2021. I stayed in most of the times and I used to have peaceful sleep day in day out. But just recently, I started feeling continuous itch and I overlooked, thinking it was normal and not to be too conscious overthinking about it. He also adviced me on the next course of action and assured me that everything is going to be alright.On the following day (3rd Jan 2022), His team responded on time and even explained on the dos and don'ts for pre and post treatment phases. It took them two rounds of inspection to get rid of all types of pests from my room. After the first round of exposure, I never once encountered live insect crawling on me nor on my possessions from what I observed.I must say, the trust I had on WTG and in the quality of their work did not go in vain. Each one of them know exactly what to do and was knowledgeable on the causes and effects. Their application of chemicals and spray works were eye to details and after the final round of exposure, he gave a follow up call to ensure that 100% effective rate of destruction of pests in my room. That shows his sincerity of work and takes pride in whatever they do. Overall, it was a pleasant experience with WTG.I am deeply impressed and contented with WTG and would highly recommend them to those who are facing difficulties with unwanted guests around.
